Limitations

Sooch Foundation makes grants only to 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations that have an appropriate IRS Determination Letter.

The Foundation will not make contributions to:

• Individuals

• Organizations not classified as public charities by the IRS

• The purchase of gala, dinner, or raffle tickets

• Capital Campaigns

• School events or fundraisers

• Political campaigns

• The same program more than once a year

• Organizations that are not aligned with our mission or not located in our geographic areas of focus
