Annual Impact Statement

I am pleased to present the Sooch Foundation’s 2025 Annual Impact Statement. In 2025, the Foundation deepened our commitment to economic mobility through a dual focus on post-secondary access and workforce development. Our grant-making strategy reached a new milestone, bringing our total investments since inception to $13.7 million. These funds empower economically disadvantaged Central Texans through college persistence services, skills-based training, and pathway navigation—direct routes to earning self-sustaining wages.

 We are honored to work with a cohort of innovative and fiercely dedicated nonprofit organizations and leaders who make an impact in the lives of individuals and families every single day. We are also grateful for the partnership of organizations like Central Texas Funders Network and Asset Funders Network, who amplify the potential of collaboration in philanthropy to foster innovation and system change.  Looking ahead to 2026, we remain resolved in our mission and the challenges facing low-income individuals and families, and excited about the opportunities in front of us to make a difference.
